On Monday, September 14, we're replacing the service that manages user access and permissions in Rev.io. This resolves the main cause of the 403 and access errors some customers have run into over the past few weeks. There's nothing you need to do to prepare. Our team will be monitoring the rollout closely from start to finish. We'll keep this notice updated as the rollout progresses. If you notice anything unusual during the update window, just click the “Help & Support” button in Rev.io and we'll jump on it.
