PSA Web — Dispatch Board Degraded
Resolved - The Dispatch Board degradation affecting the PSA Module has been resolved. Following the hotfix, we monitored the service and confirmed the Dispatch Board is operating normally with no recurrence. All functionality is fully restored. Thank you for your patience.

Monitoring - We have deployed a fix for the issue affecting the Dispatch Board within PSA Web and are now monitoring to confirm full recovery. Users should be able to open the Dispatch Board normally again. We will post a final update once we have confirmed the issue is fully resolved.

Identified - We are aware of an issue affecting the Dispatch Board within PSA Web. Some users may encounter an error when opening the Dispatch Board; other areas of PSA Web are unaffected.
