Paya has alerted our team of a maintenance window tonight from 11pm ET to 12am midnight (1 hour). They have provided the following information and guidance, affecting clients using Paya Connect.
**What to Expect**
Intermittent outages lasting between 2 and 7 minutes, not to exceed 15 minutes maximum.
**How to Prepare**
Reschedule transactions to occur outside of the maintenance window, if possible. For any failed transactions that happen during maintenance, they will be likely marked with a "500 Error". These can be safely retried once the maintenance window has closed.
