The Dispatch Board degradation affecting the PSA Module has been resolved. Following the hotfix, we monitored the service and confirmed the Dispatch Board is operating normally with no recurrence. All functionality is fully restored. Thank you for your patience.

We are aware of an issue affecting the Dispatch Board within PSA Web. Some users may encounter an error when opening the Dispatch Board; other areas of PSA Web are unaffected. Our team has identified the cause and is actively working on a resolution. This issue began at 10:53 AM ET on July 30, 2026 and remains ongoing.
